Want to make your business visible online, but not sure where to start? Know you should do more with video, but don't have the time? Or are you posting, but the views aren't coming? I'm Sil, a creative producer. You can bring me in for the whole process or just part of it: brainstorming the idea, the production or only the edit. I don't just look for a nice idea, but also for what keeps people watching: the right hook, length and format.

How AI helps you at work

A series of videos for an online learning module by aicertified.nl. The goal: making a learning module as engaging as possible for all ages with supporting video.

  • Decided the topic and structure of each video and wrote the script
  • Approached and scheduled experts, including the AI lead at Randstad
  • Recorded street interviews and picked the strongest moments from the raw footage
  • Editing and subtitles from script to final version

Social campaign for Vinted with Gordon, in collaboration with We Are Era. The video reached 460,000 views.

  • Client contact, from briefing to processing feedback
  • Came up with the concept for the video and aligned it with Gordon and the client
  • Organised the production and filmed the video myself
  • Evaluated the results with the client afterwards

Stefan Jurriëns × Brugse Zot

Social campaign for Brugse Zot with Stefan Jurriëns of StukTV, shot on location in Breda. The video reached 300,000 views.

  • Client contact, from first approach to processing feedback

  • After approval, organised the shoot and directed the videographer
  • Evaluated the results with the client afterwards

In John de Mol's creative team I worked on new TV formats, from idea to broadcast.

  • Came up with new formats and games and tested them on the studio floor
  • Contributed to the development of De Bondgenoten and Het Zwaard van Damocles
  • Wrote formats and episode structures for clients and production, also used for press releases
  • Researched international trends and audiences
